The ScanNSplit app allows users to split expenses, manage receipts, and track payments.
How to Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your account, please follow these steps:
- Open the ScanNSplit app.
- Go to account settings.
- Tap "Delete Account" and confirm the action.
- Your account will be marked for deletion and removed within 30 days.
What Happens to Your Data?
After account deletion:
- Personal data (name, email) is permanently deleted without possibility of recovery.
- Transaction history and payment data may be stored for up to 90 days to comply with legal obligations.
- Data related to other users (e.g., participation in shared bills) is not deleted.
Important
If you change your mind, you can restore your account within 30 days by logging in.
