To split a bill:
- Open the app and create a new receipt — either by scanning a photo of your receipt or entering items manually.
- Share a link with other participants.
- Each participant joins via the link and selects the items they ordered.
- Everyone instantly sees how much they owe.
2. Do participants need to download the app?
Yes, each participant needs to install ScanNSplit to select their items. The app is free and takes less than a minute to set up.
3. What currencies are supported?
ScanNSplit automatically recognizes the currency from your scanned receipt. Manual currency selection is coming in a future update.
4. How can I view my past receipts?
You can view all your previous receipts in the History section of the app. Each entry shows the receipt details and how the bill was split.
5. What should I do if I encounter an issue?
If you experience any problems:
- Ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
- Restart the app.
